Barb Smith is the long-time traffic reporter for The Ticket in both the mornings and the afternoons. Barb writes in her online bio:

I was born in Oklahoma, grew up in Texas and went to college in Arkansas. Go Razorbacks! I’ve done everything in a TV news room; edited, produced and anchored. I’ve also done a lot in radio as a sidekick, Jock, and traffic/news reporter/anchor.
